This smoothie is refreshing and packed full of nutrients from spinach and fruits. Spinach is a powerhouse food, high in nutrients such as Vitamin K, Vitamin A, calcium, folate, and iron. If you're looking for ways to consume more vegetables, incorporating spinach into your smoothies is a good place to start!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used EAS brand)
1 TB ground flaxseed
1/3 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 cup frozen mango
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
