Construction underway at the Brandon Healthplex

Builders are making tremendous progress on the Tampa General Hospital Brandon Healthplex, located at 10740 Palm River Rd in Tampa, just north of the Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway.  It’s scheduled to open in February of 2017.

The 130,000 square foot building will be fully enclosed with the air conditioning and ventilation systems installed by the end of August. Construction workers have already begun work on the interior of the building.  The TGH Brandon Healthplex will provide adult & pediatric emergency services, ambulatory surgery, lab and imaging services, and a pharmacy.  The Healthplex will also have physician offices, including TGMG primary care physicians, USF Health specialty physicians, and many Brandon area community physicians.  You can follow construction progress on the webcam link: http://oxblue.com/open/LHF/TGHhealthplex
